Shipping Methods

We currently ship via USPS and UPS. Please note that not all shipping services may be available at all times due to carrier limitations or service disruptions.

Processing Time

Orders placed before 5:00 PM (local time) will ship the next business day.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed the following business day.

Delivery Time

Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days.

Expedited shipping options may be faster, depending on the service selected and destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery status.

Shipping Insurance

All shipments include basic insurance coverage provided by the carrier.

Responsibility for the package transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery to the address supplied to the shipping carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

• Returns: A $5 restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.
• Exchanges: No restocking fee will be charged for exchanged items.

Please contact us prior to returning or exchanging any item to ensure proper handling.

Important Notes

• Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of order. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
• We are not liable for packages delivered to communal mail areas, such as mailrooms, apartment lobbies, or shared delivery spaces.
• Any claims for lost or damaged shipments must be submitted within 7 business days of delivery confirmation.
